  Meals In A Jar I: Yankee Pot Roast!!!

This month, learn how to make and stock a deliciously popular, super healthy, main course meal suitable to many dietary needs--in your family's Home Food Pantry-Store.  Plus this is a "quick and easy home-made pre-mixed meal" stored in Mason Jars, for long-term shelf life--where all you need to do later is add water!  We promise you'll want to fill your pantry with this popular meal.  You will come away from this worskhop with recipes and shopping list for this meal and several others.

You will also learn vacuum sealing techniques to create these shelf stable meals which last 5 to 10 years in your pantry.   Remember this meal tastes terrific and is "sooooooo simple to make--just pour in to boling water and stir, so order at least 3 or 4 jars or you will be sorry!!! 

This workshop is inspired by the book, "The Gormet Food Storage Handbook" by Stephanie Peterson.  Each "Meal-In-A-Jar" has 6-8 servings and costs about $2 a serving to make.  Remember this meal tastes terrific and is "sooooooo simple to make--just pour in to boling water and stir, so order at least 3 or 4 jars or you will be sorry!!!  They also make wonderful gifts to give to those special people on your list.
