In this workshop you will learn how to preserve pumpkin.  At the end of this workshop you will go home with a jar of freshly preserved tomatoes and the know-how to now "Do it Yourself."

And yes we know... technically pumpkins are actually a fruit because they grows on a vine and contains seeds but in America we typically considered them a vegetable.
