September is National Preparedness Month... this year the focus is “turning awareness into action.” "Are you ready?" Preparedness Expo in the Park is Sat., Sept. 14 is from 10a to 4p at the Port of Camas-Washougal's Marina Park & Parker's Landing Heritage Park. Suggested admission is $2 or 2 cans of food (to be donated to local food banks) "Are you ready?" Preparedness Expo is an informational expo with emergency preparedness experts from private as well as government agencies sharing information on what we can expect the government to be able to do, what we will need to be able to do to take of us and ours in an emergency, and what we need to be doing TODAY to live a prepared life!
