Nick will cover the proper brewing methods, again, low tech minimalist (tea lends itself well to that.. its how its been for milennia), acquisition and storage for long term preservation., and a cupping adventure to experience the variuous styles. If time permits, a brief ourline of SOME of the health benefits for teas and a few of the more useful herbs/flowers traditionally blended with teas, or used on their own.
