This workshop is on the in's and out's, how-to's and what-of's of long-term food storage. Nick will cover and demonstrate the different methods of dry product packaging, including: using oxygen absorbers, nitrogen flushing, carbon dioxide packing (gas & solid), heat seal bags of various types, dry-packing buckets and jars, etc.
