This month's 2nd Sunday @2 is a 90-minutes Focus on "Your Health: Natural & Over-the-Counter Remedies to Good Health with Dr. Paul."

Dr. Paul will talk about creating a natural home medicine kit that will be used in emergencies and every day.  Common herbs, formulas that are useful to keep around, herbs that you can grow in your garden, and which ones you can buy.  Dr. Paul will also go over a few essential vitamins and minerals that are important to have.  Sources will be included.

Please pre-register for this workshop. There is a $5 per person charge for this 2nd Sunday @2 community workshop, if you pay at the door is cost is $6 per person.
