Tracey

Biography

  A relative new comer to the food storage community, Tracey has acted on a passion to help others build a useful and delicious inventory of food.  She spends her limited amount of leisure time experimenting with freeze dried foods to create dishes to test on her family.  Despite the occassional failure, she has landed on many more "winners" as she has stocked a number of pre-assembled meals.  She is currently developing meals for gluten free and low carb diets.

Tracey is an avid couponer and spends way too much time strategizing her money saving trips to the grocery store.  It's a hobby she finds satisfying and money-saving.  She holds a degree in Organizational Psychology and lives in Gresham with her husband and two sons.
