Quick and easy pre-mixed meals in Mason Jars--where all you need to do later is add water and cook!  This workshop is inspired by the book, "The Gormet Food Storage Handbook" by Stephanie Peterson.  Learn to make "homemade," pre-mixed meals that you can put together with little effort for great tasting quick homemade meals for your family or to give as gifts.  Learn vacuum sealing techniques to create these shelf stable meals which last 5 to 10 years on your shelf.  You will come away from this worskhop with recipes and shopping list for this meal and others.
